Position : SEO & Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and lead generation for our solar program.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
Optimize ads and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM).
Conduct regular audits of website content, ensuring it’s optimized for SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the email marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of B2C campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on SEO and SEM performance metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and Google Ads campaign management.
In-depth understanding of keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO techniques.
Experience optimizing landing pages and ad content for higher conversion rates.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other SEO/SEM tools.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.
Knowledge of the Australian B2C solar market is a plus.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
